Sharon E.A.Coleman
Sharon has more than a decade of experience serving communities in all areas of the arts, human services, community development, education, programming, and operations. As a natural leader and motivator, she is skilled in developing marketing plans, event and project management, grant writing, public relations, artistry production, staff management, and fundraising.

Over the span of her career, she has been instrumental in developing relationships with clients, sponsors, and the community to create awareness about programs and their available benefits. During her tenure at SBC Community Development Corporation, she grew a greater passion for community development.
Owning her passion for the arts, Sharon has had the opportunity of working with the American Black Film Festival, Miami-Dade College Performing Arts & Industries Department, and both BET Networks and MTV. Her experience reaches boundaries beyond the U.S. as she has also had the pleasure of studying abroad for two years in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Florida A&M University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Leadership and Management from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Creative Writing certificate from Savannah College of Art & Design in Atlanta, Ga. Sharon is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Natalie Rowe
For over the past decade, Natalie has served in various administrative roles in non-profit and educational environments throughout the South Florida area. Using her administrative support expertise, she focuses on managing all of the day-to-day functions of an organization, including directing the administrative staff, overseeing the organization’s finances and personnel.

Proficient at planning and prioritizing multiple projects in order to meet key business needs, Natalie supports development and processes to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. She is known for her leadership at nonprofit organizations like SBC Community Development Corporation, First Miami Presbyterian Church, and Community Health of South Florida.
​
Natalie works to sharpen her knowledge and skills by providing administrative support in HR functions such as employee onboarding, employee relations, records retention, departmental communications, accounts receivables, and payables processing via QuickBooks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exceptional Student Education and a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
Natalie has been married to her husband, Gary, for 19 years and they have three children.
